The guided tour at each archaeological site lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. After, you will be arriving at Xel-Há Park around 3:30 p.m. and stay there until 5:30 p.m. when buses depart back to the hotels.
The time will depend on your hotel location. Tulum - Cobá Tour takes approximately twelve hours after leaving the hotel until your return. Returns to hotels start at 6:00 p.m.

Your ticket is valid for one year from date of purchase. Reservations cancelled with more than 2 days in advance before the booking date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2-0 days or in case of no show, reservations are non refundable. Packages and Xperience Passport are NON- CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
No, our Tours or Park tickets are NOT exchangeable for other products. Your ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
No, in Grupo Xcaret the tickets for any of our attractions are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
When purchasing your Admission with Transportation online, a list of hotels with available pick up will be displayed. The exact time will be confirmed upon purchase. It is essential to show 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up. It is important to confirm your transportation service with at least 48 hours in advance. The transportation that will pick you up at your hotel may have the logo of any of our Parks: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor or the company logo Grupo Xcaret. The transfer may be by van or luxury bus depending on the operation.

Transfer time depends on the location of the hotel. Tours last approximately 12 hours.
We recommend you fresh clothes, as shorts and t-shirt, hat or sun cap. Use comfortable shoes for walking. Bring your swimming suit, water shoes, towel and a change of clothes.

The minimum age recommended for the tours is five years old. Children ages 5 to 11 get a 25% discount of adult admission ticket, children under 4 have free admission. However, it is not advisable to take children that young to the tours.
Yes, you can eat at the archaeological site, there are places that serve food at the entrance. If you wish, you can use the free time at the end to eat.
No, unfortunately we don’t have transportation from Merida, and participants of the tour are not allowed to take one during our visit to the archaeological site.
No, there aren’t dolphins at Tulum. But you can enjoy this experience in our parks of Xel-Há or Xcaret for an additional fee.
